5 Simple exercises to tighten sagging breasts

Loss of firmness is not only caused by aging, but this is also caused by frequent weight gain. And what many people don’t know is that the lost breast elasticity can be restored again with a few important exercises and tips that we will mention in this article.

1- The first exercise

Lie on your back, holding a dumbbell or weights in each hand. If you do not have dumbbells, use two bottles of water in one and a half to two liters. Put your hands in your shoulder, down, then slowly raise your hands to your chest and lower your hands again. Repeat this exercise 10-12 times.

2- The second exercise

Lie on your back and spread your arms out at the shoulder level with your palms facing upwards. Place weights or dumbbells on each side and raise your arms to meet together with the elbows bent and lift the weights over your chest. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then slowly return to the initial position. Repeat the exercise 10-12 times.

3- The third exercise

Put a large ball 20 cm in diameter on the floor, sit on your knees facing the ball and put your palms on the ball, tighten your stomach and press your body down on the ball and then push your body up again with the hands raised from the ball in a position similar to regular pressure exercises. Repeat the exercise 10 times, this exercise works to stretch the breasts and arms.

4- Using a dedicated breast lift cream

When showering, rinse your breasts for 60 seconds with warm water, then use cold water for 15 seconds. Repeat this for several minutes, then massage the breasts with a cream intended to tighten the sagging breasts.

5- Squatting

Stand upright with your legs spaced, place your hands behind your head, then bend your abdomen and lower body with your knees bent and arms extended forward in a squat-like position. Repeat 6 to 8 times.
